We are local Wichita residents who were born and raised locally and have called Wichita home for our entire lives. We are focused on buying investment properties that we make necessary repairs to and rent out to local families in need of safe, clean, and affordable housing. We are not looking to pay pennies on the dollar like other “investors.” We pay fair market value based on comparable properties in the area and what repairs are needed.

Scott is a 13 year Army Veteran who was born and raised in Wichita. He has a passion for helping people and has spent years working locally as a paramedic and nurse. He loves hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
